  • UK – USA Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates only. We cannot guarantee exact arrival dates.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on:

  • Destination country
  • Shipping method selected
  • Order weight and dimensions

All shipping charges are displayed before finalizing your order.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with:

  • Tracking number
  • Carrier link
  • Estimated delivery date

If you do not receive tracking details within 5 days, contact us.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

If the package is returned to us, reshipping fees must be paid before we resend the order.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked Delivered by the carrier:

  • We are not responsible for stolen or missing packages
  • You must contact the carrier directly to file a claim

We will assist with documentation if needed, but we do not provide replacements for stolen items.

8. Shipping Restrictions

We may restrict shipping to certain regions due to:

  • Carrier restrictions

  • Unusual delivery issues or service suspensions

If we cannot ship to your location, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

9. Delays Beyond Our Control

These events are outside our control and do not qualify for compensation.

10. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the item and packaging.
  2. Contact us within 48 hours.
  3. Include your order number and photos.

We will assist with replacement or carrier claims based on the situation.

11. Returns Due to Delivery Failure

If a package is returned because:

  • It was unclaimed
  • Delivery attempts failed
  • The address was incorrect

You will be responsible for:

  • Reshipping fees
  • Additional processing charges (if applicable)

Refunds for returned packages will exclude the original shipping cost.
