By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories are included.
  • The return request is made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Used, damaged, or altered products
  • Items returned without original packaging or tags
  • Any product showing signs of wear

3. Return Process

  3. You must ship the item back within 7 days after approval.

Do not return items without prior authorization.


4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service; we are not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.
  • Shipping fees paid during checkout are non-refundable.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • If the item is rejected (used, damaged, incomplete), no refund will be issue,d and you may be asked to cover return shipping to receive the item back.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

If you need an exchange, contact us at within 48 hours of receiving your order and include clear photos of the issue.


7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or with manufacturing defects:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide photos of the damage and packaging.
  3. We will assess the claim and offer a replacement or refund.

Claims made after 48 hours may be denied.


8. Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure

We are not responsible for:

  • Packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Unclaimed packages
  • Delivery delays caused by carriers

If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or non-collection, reshipping costs must be paid by the customer.
